The 21st of April 2008 - Discounts by MBM for NGOs

Starting with the 21st of April, MBM Software has launched its discount campaign for the NGOs in Romania. Throughout one month, this campaign will allow buying Reliable CRM by MBM with a 30% discount. This is part of the MBM strategic approach, which aims at enhancing access for the „poorer” economic segments such as the public and the non-profit one to ultimate software solutions. What is the main reason that recommends Reliable CRM for the NGO environment? Initially, Reliable CRM was designed as a software solution for companies that put a great emphasis on the marketing activity, facilitating all processes and offering managers and employees in this division the possibility to build complex analyses and detect trends. How does Reliable CRM actually work? Reliable CRM is installed on a server and can be accessed via a browser. The operation is based on a password and is supported by a web interface. This interface allows managing the database in which the record of companies, clients, messages, activities etc. is stored as well as performing a series of actions (adding new companies, contact persons, selecting analysis criteria and generating reports, sending offers to certain clients and targets etc.). The program can be used by two categories of users: an administrator and one or more users. The Administrator is the in charge of adding, eliminating or inactivating users and assigning them certain tasks. Besides, he or she can allow/restrict a users’ right to access certain information, implements security settings for the application and generates centralized activity reports for users. The users also benefit from a wide palette of options. They can add and describe activities (meetings, briefings, presentations etc.), add data on companies and contact persons, send offers, write messages to other users, transfer the activities they were assigned by the Administrator or by themselves to other users. Also, they have the possibility to re-schedule certain activities and to order activities according to priority.
